About the Company
The CRA.pl is an organization formed by the partners who have been
working in health care sector for more then six years and decided
to start their own business.
Although CRA.pl is an acronym for Clinical Research
Associates in Poland
the company focus is not only on clinical trials monitoring, which is a
part of the core business, but also on providing a range of the support services
for pharmaceutical, biomedical industries and CROs in the field of clinical research and trials.
Those services include: clinical trials management and monitoring,
coordination of the research centers, subcontracting & outsourcing,

Background
The partners have gained both clinical and managerial skills through their professional careers.
On one hand they represent clinical expertise gather during medical training and work in a medical
position and pharmaceutical marketing skills aquatinted while work for an European leading drug manufacturer.
On other angle they have project management skills which are supported by the organized professional
development training programs - over 500 clinicians and public health specialist
and over 1,600 health care managers from Poland and 60 from Lithuania were trained
during past six years. In addition to those numbers one of the partners is responsible
for financial management of an HIV/AIDS prevention program for Western Balkans countries.
All partners maintain good relationships with fare share of the hospital managers in Poland.
